- Current illicit drug users in Guilford County 12 and over: 1 in 17
- 7/06 to 7/07 there were 1,014drug arrests by Guilford County Sheriff's office: 269 were under 19
- 2005 to 2006 Alcohol related accident handled by Greensboro Police increased by 19.5%
- Nationwide, nearly 1 of 5 workers 18 to 25 used illicit drugs during the past month
- In N. C. 7.6% of clients in treatment facilities were under 18 as of 3/04
- Currently 236 validated gang members in approximately 14 gangs in Greensboro, a46% increase over last year.
